A relatively new video-sharing site called Redux just might be the next big thing. It has a community of very invested users and has just launched an iPhone app and an iPad app. The owners frequently send out emails to a core of users (myself included) and ask for feedback. If you give them some, they ALWAYS respond and usually try to incorporate your suggestions into the site.
They have a system of "props" and comments that push videos to the tops of their channels. You can easily integrate your props and comments to automatically update on Twitter, Facebook, or MySpace.
One of the best features is "Watch in TV Mode" where you can watch videos one after another in glorious full-screen size without having to constantly scroll for the next video you want to watch.
