(777) 889-1073, I Will Not Answer You Again

I got three different phone calls between 6:00 AM and 7:30 AM this morning to my cell phone.  They were all from this cursed number: (777) 889-1073.

On the third phone call I answered it.  Usually I respond with something like, "This is CC," but I had a feeling that this caller wasn't looking for me because he would know that I hate being repeatedly woken up in the morning.

Instead I answered, "Who is this and why are you calling me this early?"  I actually said that.

This guy finally gets through and that's what he wanted to communicate to me?  Just the clicking noise of hanging up a phone?  Couldn't have just sent that as a .wav attachment in an email?

If someone is setting up a Halloween prank early... you're doing a pretty clever job.  But if this is some pharmaceutical hotline in India trying to sell me erection medication... I'll be calling you back in 30 years.  Until then, let me sleep.
